Behind the product

Tentrix helps support teams see which requests are still open and who is handling each one. It organizes cases into tickets with owners, tasks, and history, so follow-up does not depend on searching through scattered messages.

I designed the architecture and built the web application with Next.js, the API with NestJS, and PostgreSQL storage through Drizzle. Access is organized by company and role. Comments, attachments, and closure rules help document each case, while the dashboard and reports let teams review pending work.

Some businesses already use Tentrix. I am continuing to develop the project, with many improvements still planned to reach the experience I envision.
