Oktara helps teams working across multiple locations turn procedures into tasks they can assign, complete, and review. Checklists and evidence make it possible to track the work carried out at each location.

I designed the architecture and built the web platform with Next.js, the API with NestJS, and the mobile app with Flutter. The editor supports templates with scoring and questions that change based on answers. Assignments organize work by location, and findings can become corrective tasks. The mobile app lets teams complete checklists and capture evidence offline, then sync later.

Some businesses already use Oktara to coordinate work across teams and locations. The project continues to evolve, with many improvements still planned to reach the experience I envision.
