Hen Screenshots
Create images to showcase your app without paying for design tools. Reuse your screenshots to save the tokens you would spend generating each composition from scratch with AI.

I created Hen Screenshots to showcase my own apps and help other developers who cannot afford design tools or AI services. The idea is to let them prepare images for Google Play, the App Store, and portfolios using screenshots they already have.
The editor combines those screenshots with templates, device frames, colors, and text. Reusing these elements can also save tokens when working with AI: there is no need to ask it to generate each composition from scratch. You can create image series or panoramic compositions and export them as PNG files or a ZIP archive. Projects stay in the browser and can be downloaded to continue working later.
Free translation of screenshot text with Gemma helps developers present their apps in different languages. The project aims to make both image creation and adaptation for other audiences more accessible.
Hen Screenshots is free and open source, with no account or watermarks. Anyone can use it, study the code, and contribute. I also composed and exported this portfolio’s project images with the tool.
